Cardio Tennis is a program developed by Tennis Australia to increase participation in the sport, as well as emphasise the excercise component. Here the activity is paramount with very little technical or tactical information is given, but the activities are done with a very high rate of movement. Players can get a physical workout and improve their tennis skills at the same time. Anyone can join in even if they have little to no tennis experience.
Sessions run Wednesday morning at 9:00AM to 10:00AM and Thursday nights at 7:00PM to 8:00PM.
The sessions run for 1 hour with 6-10 participants per court/session.
Price: $18/session or $70 for 5 sessions.
